Attorney Ron Diegel recently defended two separate homeowners in separate premises liability cases involving injury and a fatality. The first case involved a trip and fall and the second case involved a fatality. Diegel successfully obtained summary judgment in both cases in favor of the homeowners and there was no viable claim which could be made against the homeowners.  In both cases the summary judgment rulings concluded the litigation for the homeowners saving the clients from significant litigation expense and any potential exposure at trial.
