Congratulations to Philip Florence in his trial last week before Judge Willam P. Keesley. The case was one of admitted liability against Defendant as result of a rear end collision with minor property damage to Plaintiff’s Jaguar vehicle. Plaintiff claimed $10,000 in meds and claimed $33,000 in lost wages. Plaintiff’s last demand at mediation was $125,000. The jury deliberated approximately an hour and rendered a verdict for just $14,000.
