Ron Diegel recently participated in the American Board of Trial Advocates Masters in Trial Demonstration at the University of South Carolina law school. The presentation involved a complete “mock trial” presentation in a sexual harassment case with live witnesses, experts, a presiding federal judge and actual jury deliberation. In addition to the live presentation at the law school, the trial was presented statewide by video to multiple locations.
